What is provided / What to bring

The Tree Retreat Centre provides so much care to hold us:
Towels, bedding and soap are all provided plus testers for their own brand lotions that they sell. There are kettles and teas in all of the rooms too.

What to Bring:
Journal & pen
Loose comfortable clothing for moving
Indoor shoes
Robes/towel and flip flops to go from your room to the sauna and outdoor hot tub
Swim suit (must be worn in hot tub and sauna)
Warm clothes for sitting around the fire (blankets provided by the Tree Relaxation Retreat)
Outdoor shoes / boots in case you choose to take a hike
Ear plugs in case your room mate snores!

Mental health declaration Required

Our retreat is not a substitute for therapy although you may find the retreat therapeutic! If you are experiencing mental ill health this retreat may not be the right choice for you. If you need to talk this through with one of us please email jo.abundantearth@gmail.com

Refund Policy Required

Please tick the box to say that you agree with our cancellation policy. Please know that whilst we will do all we can to support your cancellation - the viability of this retreat relies on the commitment of participants. We invite you to consider taking out travel insurance if you are using public transport in the unlikely event that we choose to cancel the retreat.

REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that we choose to cancel the retreat we will refund you fully. Any cancellations on your part will incur a £30 administration fee. If you choose to cancel your place on the retreat we will offer you a full refund up until December 31st 2026. After this date and up to February 14th we will refund you half the amount you have paid unless you find someone to take your place. After Feburary 14th we are unable to offer any refunds unless you find someone to take your place.

Room sharing

Accommodation consists of shared twin and triple bedrooms. A limited number of double rooms are possible on request.
